Shipping
Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, Kanaka uses UPS to ship pieces.
Delivery times range from 3 to 15 business days, depending on size, destination, and custom duties.
Kanaka will pack and ship items within 1-3 business days.
International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
All shipping and insurance charges will be billed to the purchaser.
On request, we can add insurance if wished.
Please note that when a shipment gets lost or damaged, the item will not be refunded when there was no insurance added.
No custom taxes to European countries.
Please check your local importation rules if you are in any doubt.
We will not under-declare or misdescribe items on the customs form so please don’t ask. Proper importation of cultural objects is important for a variety of reasons, not least to support the legality of the item.
If you have your own shipping arrangements or requests you are welcome to contact us and we will either remove or reimburse shipping costs as appropriate.

Refund & Return
All sales are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Online purchases, all sales are final.
No cash refunds may be made, however, full credit for exchange is indefinitely allowed on all objects purchased from our website with the exception of a few consigned items.
Items may only be returned in case of online misrepresentation or lack of authenticity. Any claim of misrepresentation or disputing authenticity must be made within fifteen (15) days of order receipt, along with proof of test results, expert reports, etc.
Item must be returned in its original condition. If the item arrives damaged, Kanaka might refuse and send it back with no refund. The buyer should take the needs to ship the item in the best conditions.
If an item arrives damaged to the buyer due to shipping, Kanaka must be contacted within 2 days with a full description of the damages.
